In-Person and Virtual Movement Coaching

It truly is an honour to get to work so closely with others, so whatever phase of your journey you're on I am committed to serving you the best way I can. I fully acknowledge what a privilege it is and the responsibility it requires to care for others. It is no small feat to me, so thank you for trusting me with your Body and your Heart.

Traditional phases can include: Anatomical Adaptation (beginner phase), Strength, Hypertrophy (muscle building), Aerobic Conditioning, Mobility, Rehabilitation, Pre and Post Natal training.
No matter what type of training we’re doing, it will always be through the lens of Compassion.

Where does the Magic happen?
1. Virtual sessions:
- Virtual session over Zoom are available. Geography is no longer a barrier so no matter where you are in the world, technology still allows us to work together.
- All times are in EST
2. In person:
- We have the option to now train from my HOME gym! (the exact location will be provided once we confirm our work together)

Monthly Membership Subscription

2x Weekly Availability:

  • $720 + HST

  • 8 sessions to use every month

  • 1 “freebie” session in case of emergency
    -Monday & Friday 8-9am

1x Weekly Availability:

  • $360 + HST

  • 4 sessions to use every month
    -Wednesday 4:30-5:30pm

  • Initial Assessment:
    - 60 minutes $120 + HST

Solo programming is available for all clients.
Depending on equipment availability, goals, scheduling etc. we always have the option of creating personalized programs for you to do on your own in between our sessions.

Incentives & Value

One of the amazing benefits of working with a Registered Kinesiologist is that you are eligible for up to a 30% tax deductible!
I have my registration number listed on all of my invoices and because I am a member of the Ontario Kinesiology Association (OKA) people who work with me get to enjoy that tax deductible as an incentive to work with a regulated health professional!

How is my work different?
When we work together you receive a welcome and closing email so that everything is clear and transparent from beginning to end. I am constantly taking notes to make sure I remember all the little details that make your sessions more efficient. I am constantly checking in throughout the week and offering support. I consider and take into account all aspects of your life like work, sleep, stress, family etc. and adjust our physical training accordingly. I’m invested in your overall well being instead of solely focusing on your physical health!

You get to simply show up as your full self knowing that you’re going to be taken care of.
