Nourish is a self-paced program that is 28 days in length and has 4 different daily practices to choose from:

 

Movement Snacks:

An invitation to deepen your relationship to your physical body. A space for you to spend time with and in it so that you can better attune to the whispers it is always trying to communicate with you. This practice is a reminder that simple is sacred and that simply moving your body in a way that is super intentional and thoughtful is so inherently healing.

Reflection Prompts:

An invitation to deepen your relationship with your Mind. A space to embody the quality of curiosity as we explore and unravel the narratives that no longer serve you, the narratives that were never true to begin with and the things that were never yours to carry. This practice is a reminder that accessing clarity and your Truth is always available to you once we quiet the outside noise.

Breathwork:

An invitation to deepen your relationship with your internal emotional landscape (your Heart if you will) through intentional and powerful belly breathing. This practice is a reminder that by simply being
immersed in your breath you allow what’s been hidden beneath the surface to come forward so it can be witnessed and held.

Prayer:

An invitation to deepen your relationship with your Spirit. It is a really simple practice that involves saying the words “thank you” and seeing what naturally and truthfully wants to come forward. This is not tied to any particular religion. This practice reminds us of the importance of deepening into our gratitude and appreciation and the value of sharing our earnest hopes and wishes.

These practices were very intentionally chosen to give you the opportunity to deepen your relationship to your Body, Heart, Mind and Spirit.
Each week we’ll be embodying and engaging with a different theme. We’ll be working with: Trust, Pleasure, Tenderness, Truth

Nourish is really about self exploration. It’s about creating a space where you can discern what feels most nourishing to you, what truly sustains and supports your being. So when the outside world gets a little too overwhelming you have your small, simple daily rituals to anchor you back to your Truth. To the truth of who you are, what you came here to do and what’s important to you.

Really, the purpose of this entire program is to practice returning back home to yourself again, and again, and again.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s):

  • “What is the difference between the full and scaled priced version?”
    Absolutely nothing. The programs are exactly the same with the exception of the price. This allows everyone to choose which price works best for them. It allows you to practice using your discernment right off the bat before even beginning the program.

  • “What’s the format of the program?”

    It will be emailed to you as a pdf that you can download onto any desktop, laptop, mobile device etc.
    The pdf program includes text (like the reflection prompts and invitation to prayer), videos (for the movement snacks) and an audio component (through Spotify for the breathwork practice).

  • Access to me during the program?
    This is a self paced program which means I won’t be checking in along the way! IF you’d like to share anything about your experience or offer any feedback that is so appreciated but never mandatory.

  • “Can I share this with a loved one?”
    When a program is out in the world  you really have no control over how it’s used or distributed after that. I am asking those who purchase this program for themselves to honour the work that I put into this program and refrain from simply sharing it with someone. If you think someone in your life would appreciate the program too you can simply gift one to them! You would just add their email address into the form instead of your own and it’ll go straight to their inbox.

  • “If I’m currently following a training program will the Movement Snacks interfere with what I’m doing?”
    Absolutely not. The movement snack component is an opportunity to practice embodied movements, this is very different than exercising, working out or training! Moreover, the movement snack videos are no more than 10minutes.

  • “Do I need any equipment for the program?”
    Nope! Just yourself and a device to follow along with the videos.
    A couple of suggestions depending on what feels best for you: headphones for the audio component and a mat or blanket for the movement snack practice.
    *You could also include things that feel really yummy like lighting a candle before you begin your practices but that’s for you to explore :)
